I just wanted to let you know that I don't actually plan on donating the clothes I have and getting tax credit for them. The clothes I have were predominantly hand-me-downs and I have plenty of friends of childbearing age to pass them on to. I think it would be unethical and unfair to get rid of perfectly good clothes and get tax credit for them when they were donated to me in the first place. I just wanted to let you know I wasn't out here taking all of your hand-me-downs and making a profit! If it wasn't for hand-me-downs, our kids would be naked!
